Our values
Mission
To provide authentic care, tailored to patients needs and offering an alternative to standard treatments.
-
Humanity is at the core of everything that we do. We respect the humanity of our staff, patients and the broader community. This concept is inclusive of all genders, sexual orientations, perceived (dis)abilities, cultures, ethnicities, beliefs and backgrounds.
For patients, ‘’human’’ means understanding the ways in which their condition impacts on their lives as a whole. To provide holistic care means understanding the physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of patients. We have long consults, fair pricing and are responsive to patient feedback. With patient consent, we communicate with GPs and other healthcare providers to ensure safe, wrap-around care.
For our staff, “human” means we prioritise their life outside of work, offering flexible work hours, work from home arrangements, fair pay and other negotiable conditions so that our staff have room to live their lives and flourish.
-
We know that valuing independence and transparency is the best way to provide ethical care to our patients.
We are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company or producer of medications. We tailor care in a way that is most cost-effective for patients and that reflects their individual needs.
Our service has no hidden fees and we receive no kick-backs.
-
We are committed to minimising our business’ impact on the environment. We donate 1% of profits to environmental causes and are certified with 1% For The Planet.
-
We educate patients and local healthcare providers about natural treatments, with a focus on de-stigmatisation and potential risks and benefits. Our policy mandates long consult times to allow plenty of time for patients to ask questions and get informed about their treatment.
